The project

We rebuilt this deck to give the homeowner more space and versatility, expanding it further across the back of the home and creating a two-level design. 

After removing the old framing, we constructed new KDAT lumber framing to support the expanded footprint. The two levels offer distinct areas for relaxing with family and hosting gatherings, while TimberTech Terrain deck boards, a decorative border, and riser lights add both style and functionality—making it a perfect spot for evening entertaining.
