Trex Enhance Naturals

Best for: Homeowners who want a natural wood look without the maintenance.

Trex is one of the most popular composite decking brands for a reason. It looks like wood, resists fading and staining, and holds up through Minnesota winters without painting, staining, or sealing. Mid-range price point with a 25-year warranty.

Good choice if: You want low maintenance and a classic look at a reasonable cost.

TimberTech Prime+

Best for: Homeowners who want the highest performance and longest lifespan.

TimberTech has a capped polymer shell that gives it better protection against moisture, scratching, and color fade than standard composite. Built specifically for climates that cycle between extreme cold and heat.

Good choice if: You’re building for the long haul and want the best material available.

KDAT Lumber

Best for: Homeowners on a tighter budget who still want a quality build.

Kiln-dried after treatment lumber is what we use for framing on every project — but it also works as a decking surface for those who prefer real wood. More stable than standard pressure-treated, less prone to warping over time.

Good choice if: You prefer natural wood and plan to stain or seal it yourself over time.

What’s included in a new deck build?

Design and layout, engineering and permits, helical pier or concrete footings, KDAT framing, composite or PVC decking, stairs, railing and lighting options, and a final walkthrough with full cleanup.

Do you resurface existing decks?

No. We build new decks and full replacements only. If your framing is sound and you only want new boards, we will tell you so honestly and point you elsewhere, but in our experience most decks that need new boards also have framing that is near the end of its life.

What's the warranty?

10-year workmanship warranty on the structure and how it was built. Material warranties vary by product: Trex and TimberTech carry 25-year or longer limited warranties. Scratching, fading or staining of the surface (including under outdoor rugs) is a material matter, not workmanship.

How long does it take?

Most projects run 3–7 days depending on scope and size. We’ll give you a timeline before we start.

Do you pull permits?

Yes — permits and engineering are included in every build. We handle the process start to finish.

What railing options are available?

Insurance approved the roof right away but initially refused to approve the full siding replacement. I worked with Christian Kullmann.  He was able to work with the insurance company and they finally approved the siding. Christian was exceptional in providing assistance and guiding us through the process and how the Maurice funds would be allocated for the jobs. His team does great work. They were available for questions throughout the process. His project manager Tito provided good information during our walk through and providing additional guidance in how the jobs would be completed. Paris employees are great with customer service. The work they did made our house look like new. The roof job was done within a day of starting the job. The siding was done with 3 days. Clean up was good as well. The crews were kind, and answered any additional questions we had. I have dogs and they worked around their outdoor schedule which was great.

I recommend this company for any exterior related projects. They’re kind, professional, courteous, and have employees that are well experienced and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars.

Wow, I could never have done it myself. It was essential to have an experienced, organized, professional in order to get from report of damage,through the claim to a finished roof. If Christian had not documented his own inspection of the roofs the claim would have been denied for one of the worst hail storms on record. All of his paperwork was seamless which really made a difference. Paris finds great employees so you don't have to go searching and the price was spot on with no pressure for costly upgrades, no big mark ups on upgrades.
