Yes! We offer free, no-pressure estimates with detailed proposals tailored to your project needs.

Estimate appointments typically take about one hour, though this may vary depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Siding: materials typically take 1 to 6 weeks to arrive; once on site, most whole-house James Hardie projects take 1 to 2 weeks.
Roofing: materials usually arrive within a week and most roofs are 1 to 3 days on site; insurance claims add adjuster time.
Decks: most new builds start within 3 to 6 weeks of signing, depending on permits and materials.

Every Paris Home Exteriors install carries a 10-year limited workmanship warranty: siding, roofing, gutters, aluminum wraps and new-construction decks. Cedar fences carry 3 years (gate sag or bind, 1 year). Caulked joints on wraps are covered for the first year, since sealant is a wear item in Minnesota freeze-thaw. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top, for example James Hardie’s 30-year non-prorated siding warranty.

Pricing is often based on “squares” (a 100-square-foot measurement), a standard unit used to calculate work – 1,000 square feet of roofline would equal 10 squares.

Class 1: Standard 3-tab shingles, now mostly discontinued and no longer available.
Class 2: The standard architectural dimensional shingle (30-year shingle) with no hail or impact resistance. This is the type of shingle insurance companies typically cover.
Class 3: Resists hail up to 2 inches in diameter. 50 year shingle.
Class 4: Resists hail up to 2.5 inches in diameter. 50 year shingle.

James Hardie: fiber cement lap, shake and trim, and what we install on nearly every project. It does not rot, feed woodpeckers or burn, and ColorPlus finishes come pre-painted from the factory with a 15-year finish warranty. It is the right product for older Minneapolis, St. Paul and Stillwater homes because the 7-inch lap and HardieTrim keep the original proportions.
LP SmartSide: an engineered wood alternative we can install when the budget or the house calls for it.
Vinyl or metal: economical, but we rarely recommend either on a character home.

Replacing your siding or roofing can increase your home’s value by 60-85% of the project cost in resale value. Not only does it enhance curb appeal but also improves durability, making it a worthwhile investment.

We offer three different financing options which each include a 6.5% dealer fee:

Option A: 12 months zero interest and no payments.
Option B: 60 months at 6.99% interest with monthly payments.
Option C: 180 months at 7.99% interest with monthly payments.

You can save on your project by paying in full with cash or credit.

LP SmartSide costs approximately $2,750 per square, while James Hardie is around $1,595 per square for Statement Collection colors and $1,950 per square for Dream Collection colors.

TimberTech: Offers Advanced PVC and Composite materials with a realistic wood look that endures year after year without fading, staining, splintering, peeling, cracking, or rotting.
Trex: Eco-friendly composite made from recycled materials including plastic film and reclaimed sawdust.
KDAT Wood: A pressure-treated lumber that has been kiln dried to remove excess moisture that can lead to warping, shrinking, and other issues with regular pressure-treated wood.

We had roof and siding damage from a storm in April. Insurance approved the roof right away but initially refused to approve the full siding replacement. I worked with Christian Kullmann.  He was able to work with the insurance company and they finally approved the siding. Christian was exceptional in providing assistance and guiding us through the process and how the Maurice funds would be allocated for the jobs. His team does great work. They were available for questions throughout the process. His project manager Tito provided good information during our walk through and providing additional guidance in how the jobs would be completed. Paris employees are great with customer service. The work they did made our house look like new. The roof job was done within a day of starting the job. The siding was done with 3 days. Clean up was good as well. The crews were kind, and answered any additional questions we had. I have dogs and they worked around their outdoor schedule which was great.

Christian Kullmann and the Paris Home Exteriors crew put a new roof on my house and garage as part of an insurance claim. Wow, I could never have done it myself. It was essential to have an experienced, organized, professional in order to get from report of damage,through the claim to a finished roof. If Christian had not documented his own inspection of the roofs the claim would have been denied for one of the worst hail storms on record. All of his paperwork was seamless which really made a difference.
