The project
A 1924 bungalow in the Longfellow neighborhood with the bones of a classic Minneapolis home and an exterior that had reached the end of its life. The homeowners wanted it to feel new without losing what made it theirs.
We did the roof first: IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black with black vents and drip edge. Then the siding, James Hardie lap siding in Deep Ocean on the main house with Boothbay Blue on the gables and horizontal slat detailing, so the two-tone look reads as intentional from the street. New trim, wraps and flashing tied it all together.
"Really happy with the way everything turned out. Great crew, appreciated everyone working on this project. We couldn't be happier." Homeowner, Minneapolis
