The project

A storybook Tudor in North Minneapolis: steep gables, red half-timbering, striped metal awnings and a stone-arched entry. The stucco had gone chalky, the trim was peeling and the roof needed replacing. The homeowners wanted it all handled without changing the character of the house.

Paris Home Exteriors replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty Class 3 shingles in Brown Stone, finished with a crisp white drip edge that picks up the trim. Paris Painting then coated the stucco in Sherwin-Williams Loxon XP and the half-timbering, fascia and awnings in Duration, matching the original red-and-white pattern the owners loved.

"Both crews were excellent craftsmen and addressed concerns promptly. The work was thorough. They exceeded our expectations, and our neighbors were also impressed, and several are planning to use your services." Homeowner, Minneapolis
