The project

Located in the Kenny Neighborhood, this 1941 home received a complete restoration following hail damage, including extensive repairs to the aluminum siding, window wraps and roof. 

The new roof features IKO Dynasty shingles in Atlantic Blue, enhancing the home's curb appeal. Black vents and drip edges were installed for a sleek contrast, and Rainware's Arctic White on the fascia completes the trim. 

Cedar mill-textured Hardie Board siding in Mountain Sage was applied, featuring 8.25-inch lap siding on the main sections and vertical slats on all gables for added contrast.
