The project

These homeowners called us torn between repainting and re-siding. Once they saw what James Hardie could do for a home that sits in full view of Swan Lake, the decision made itself.

We used staggered-edge Hardie shingles under the front eaves and board-and-batten everywhere else, all in Evening Blue with Cobblestone trim. The bay window and porch were wrapped in board-and-batten, and the porch ceiling got horizontal Cobblestone boards for contrast. Paris Painting finished the window and door trim, porch pillars and support beams, so one team carried the whole exterior.
