The project

Built in 2008, this Prior Lake home had good proportions and a dated exterior. The homeowners wanted a clean, modern look, and they wanted one company to run the whole thing.

We replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, then re-sided the house in white 7-inch Mastic Structure siding for a crisp, low-maintenance finish. Paris Painting handled the front elevation details: Snowbound above the garage doors, Iron Ore on the pillars, garage doors and trim, Caviar window trim and Renwick Rose Beige on the front doors. Roof, siding and paint, one project manager, one schedule.
