AfterThe project
An 1880s Queen Anne Victorian in Stillwater with a turret, a wraparound porch and siding that had reached the end of its life: a mix of old wood lap and vinyl that was failing in different ways on different walls.
Paris Home Exteriors took it all off with lead-safe tear-off, installed new house wrap and flashing to Minnesota code, and re-sided the house and detached garage in James Hardie 7-inch lap with a ColorPlus Statement Collection finish. HardieTrim went on at the corners, windows and starter course, with vented Hardie soffit, metal fascia, new gutters with Leaf Relief screens, and an IKO Dynasty roof. Paris Painting then hand-finished the porch spindles, gingerbread and turret trim so the house kept every bit of its character.
One team, one project manager, one schedule. The homeowner rated the project a 10 out of 10.
